Geraldo calls out Hannity for being vaxxed while encouraging viewers to fight mandates

Fox correspondent Geraldo Rivera got worked up while discussing Aaron Rodgers on Tuesday’s . Fox News personalities Sean Hannity and Dan Bongino argued with Rivera about the Rodgers has endured after reportedly lying about his vaccine status and thwarting NFL protocols. Rivera thought the backlash was appropriate and also pushed back against other people lying about their vaccination status.

“If I’m in your room with my grandchildren who are not vaccinated because they are too young and you lie about vaccine status and you sneeze on my grandchildren,” said Rivera, “that could be a crime. That is absolutely so selfish.”

Several media outlets have Fox News of promoting anti-vax propaganda and misinformation about the disease. While Hannity has said he in the science behind vaccines and is vaccinated himself, he denigrates vaccine mandates meant to protect people from the virus. So, Geraldo called him out for it.

“Let me be frank,” Geraldo said, “I despise vaccinated people who are smug in their protection who urge unvaccinated people to exercise their freedoms…It’s like the guy in the street who’s telling the guy on the ledge to jump.”

Hannity airs weeknights at 9 p.m. on Fox News.
